The order was not delivered and no one care to answer my email enquiry about my order. What do you even mean by you fulfilled my order? Is this a scam?
The audacity to send a review saying you have fulfilled my order 14 days ago when I placed this order in March and still haven’t received anything nor anything refund after contacting the customer services countless times. Appalling and scam of a company!
ordered over a month ago and not recieved my item. tried contacting multiple times and still nothing! What a scam. Having to get in touch with the bank.
Placed order and paid for express delivery but these timescales was not met. Eventually received order and the items sent are not to the quality advertised and are damaged. The maison prive logo on the phone case is wonky and the lettering placed on goes over the cracks and breaks of the leather whereas on the website and other customer orders this doesn’t happen. The colour of the gold for the personalisation differs to how advertised on the website and looks very cheap looking. There is damage on the bottom right of the phone case on receipt of the item. The packaging is broken in the corners and squashed when received.
Overall for the price paid and additional payment of express delivery I am really unhappy with the quality. This was a 30th birthday present for my best friend and I’m unwilling to give him this as the quality is just not as it is advertised on your website.
The website states any issues regarding faulty items to email [****]. However, after various email attempts I’m still yet to receive a reply. No acknowledgment or reassurance given to the customer that the faults with the order will be rectified. I have requested a full refund also and still no response. Going to have to take this further with my bank and see if I can obtain my money have this way.
I would not recommend to anyone! If 0 stars could be given then I would but not an option.

I ordered black and received cream. Have contacted customer services highlighting the problem however I have not had a response. Dreadful customer service, which is a shame as the products are great, well made and unique
Waited 2 weeks for the case and in the meantime nobody responded to my emails until I left a negative review.
I have had the phone case around 2 weeks and the gold writing has began to fade quite obviously.
Again, nobody is replying to my emails. I wouldn’t waste the money.
The quality of this product is incredible. Be prepared to wait for delivery up to 1 month! It’s worth it!

I ordered a personalised key ring for a family members birthday. Not only did it take ages to arrive and arrived after they said it would. It arrived with NO personalisation on it which is extremely disappointing. I have emailed you 3 times for a reply and refund on my order as this is not why i ordered and I am dissatisfied with this. I will not be ordering from you again and will not rate you as a service. I would rate this as 0 stars but there was no option

Incredible quality and delivery in 4 days. Came well packed in a dust bag and looks beautiful! I looked for SOOO long for a case that protected the sides of the phone as well and could not find one anywhere in this style. This case literally protects 100% of your phone, even the buttons and camera area. Super item and very happy customer

Absolutely amazed at the quality, especially for this price. Delivered in less than a week personalised in a very smart looking box. All the pieces are very well made and feel very expensive. I'll be buying more as gifts at Christmas!
The products are lovely and exactly as specified, however postage was very slow. I ordered it on 8th December and it didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite specifying 3-5 days' delivery.
I would recommend this to anyone - very simple design and great that you can have your initials on it : )
